If you live in Prospector Park, please consider becoming a member of the HOA. HOA members whose dues of $25 have been paid are allowed to attend the Lobster Party at the $20.00 member rate!
In addition, dues paying members vote at the Annual Meeting, and are allowed to hold office. We urge you to become full members of our community.
