5. Architecture Committee Update: Gary Pinnell, Ed Orschel, Tom Ward. We will need to elect a new member because Gary Pinnell is moving. Nothing new to report from committee.
6. Election of Trustees- Trustees expiring 2021: Jody Woods, Sally Elliott, Sallie Rinderknecht
Sally Elliott was reelected to serve ONE more term. She will not continue past this current term so members need to be considering a replacement for Sally.
Sallie Rinderknecht was reelected to serve a full term. Amy Sell was elected to replace Jody Wood. Thanks Jody for your service.
It was moved and seconded to reappoint Sally Elliott and Sallie Rinderknecht and to elect Amy Sell to replace Jody Wood. Unanimous.
8. Election of Architecture Committee: Tim Govin, Ed Orschel and Tom Ward were nominated to serve a one-year term on the Architecture Committee. Unanimous.
9. Discussion regarding dues for 2021: At the 2020 HOA meeting it was approved that we would NOT collect dues for the 2020-2021 period. After a discussion regarding the collection of dues, it was agreed that we WILL collect the $25.00 HOA dues for the 2021-2022 period. There will be a mid-June mailing for dues.
Tim Govin made the motion to collect dues. Chris Haslock seconded. All approved.
10. Other Business: Lobstah Party-It was discussed if we would have a Lobstah Party in 2021, or pursue another kind of neighborhood party. It was decided to pursue having a food truck party instead, possible at City Park. Sallie Rinderknecht, Elizabeth Demers and Chris Haslock will research this idea and get back once they have information.
