1. Meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m. by President, Helen Strachan. Those present: Alison Butz, Helen Strachan, Torch/Sally Elliott, Bob Jasper, Francie McNally, Heather Horsley, Jay/Suzanne Sheridan, Sallie/H.R. Rinderknecht, Dick Worley, Kim Wegesser, Glenn Wright.
2. Membership to date is 105. 15% of that number is 15.75 people. We have received 17 proxies (Smulders, Moore, Grooms, Bond, Clouse, Murphy, Galloway, Breiner, Bergland, Sebek, Baroni/Fausold, Lonnie Smith, Raines, Ganson, Whitnall, Woods, O’Neal). Quorum is present.
3. A motion to approve minutes of May 6, 2014 was made by Dick Worley, seconded by Bob Jasper. Unanimous.
4. A motion to approve financial report was made by Torch Elliott, seconded by Glenn Wright. Unanimous

5. Architecture Committee Update: Paul Tan
Nothing out of ordinary. Basically decks and house colors. Actually members don’t need approval for these unless it is a new deck. Rebuilding an existing deck doesn’t need approval.
6. Motion to re-elect by acclamation 3 Trustees expiring 2015 to serve three-year terms:
Jody Woods, Sally Elliott and Dick Worley by Glenn Wright, seconded by Bob Jasper. Unanimous
7. Motion to re-elect by acclamation 3 members of Construction/Architecture Committee to serve a one-year term: Gary Pinnell, Ed Orschel and Paul Tan by Sally Elliott, seconded by Dick Worley. Unanimous
8. Alison Butz gave an update on commercial projects in Prospector Square and Historic Park City Business.
No one signed up for driveway cocktail parties, but Sally and Torch Elliott will host a potluck supper on Memorial Day afternoon, Monday, May 25 at 5:00 p.m. 2690 Sidewinder Dr.
School Superintendent Ember Conley sent a website link which explains grade re-alignment issues. That link was distributed by email to membership.
9. Motion to set dues amount for coming fiscal year June 1, 2015-May 31, 2016 at $25 by Jay Sheridan, seconded by Dick Worley. Unanimous.
